We have only received the kindest, best and most ethical Ortho dentistry here. From the cool super hero theme decor that my kids liked to the staff, and Dr. That I liked. I also must add that their contests, and awesome movie day where they treat their clients to a free movie is just the extra touches to keep the kids focused on keeping their braces cleaned, in good shape and enjoying the office visits

My son just started treatment at Shadowridge Orthodontics so I can’t speak to any results, but I’ll give you five reasons why this office is well deserving of five stars …
1. Staff, including Dr. Hennes, is incredibly friendly, personable and welcoming.
2. Superhero themed office and an awesome arcade that keeps my son wanting to come back.
3. Very efficiently run office with electronic check-in and text message reminders about upcoming appointments with the ability to confirm appointments via text.
4. Convenient parking, easy to find building.
5. They are gentle and fun with my little guy. I was fearful he’d end up hating the office but they have made his visits fun.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Hennes for almost a year now. I have never had any issues with this office or the staff. They are all so nice and pleasant. The office is decorated in Super Hero themes, there is a video arcade, always a movie on and the waiting room is comfortable with coffee out. I would say that pricing is about middle of the road but with the service we have received and my daughters progress it’s worth it. I have personally had braces and my eldest 2 children went through orthodontics and I was not happy with the out come of all three of our procedures; so I asked a lot of questions in the beginning and was skeptical. Check in for the kids is easy, wait time is minimal, they run on time and are efficient. We love the location due to it being right next to the school. I can say that I would highly recommend Shadowridge Orthodontics.
